Celebrating the miracle of life is one of the most exciting and special times. The Event Owls at It's a Hoot Events were honored to be a part of helping celebrate sweet momma Lizzie and her baby girl.
When we envisioned the shower theme for Lizzie, a large animal vet in central California, we instantly thought of a farm theme for her special day.
Guests were welcomed with a custom hand drawn chalkboard signs embellished with adorable farm themed artwork and balloons. Chalkboard art done by the Event Owls.
Farm animal lanterns from My Little Shop Supplies on Etsy decorated the trees while Red, White and Cow Print balloon columns welcomed guests through a farm of cow and pig friends from Oriental Trading.
The welcome and guest book table was decorated with a red and white checked table cloth, bushel baskets of lemons, galvanized vases of wheat plant, and an adorable tractor diaper cake.
The shower hostess had a beautiful wood entry table, we embellished with a handmade fabric bunting banner and hand drawn Gifts Chalkboard sign.
Decorations of red and white checked table cloths, bandana and bunting banners, sunflowers and galvanized accents set the perfect mood throughout this afternoon event.
A delicious lunch of deviled eggs, pigs in a blanket, sandwiches, chips and fruit was accompanied by lemonade, iced tea, water, soda and pink piggy cups.
One of our favorite parts of this event was the dessert spread. Tractor Tie Donuts, Rice Krispie Treat Hay-bales, and a custom ice cream bar put the perfect end to a wonderful celebration for Lizzie and her little bump.
Upon departure guests were given their own mini bushel basket of handmade farm themed cookies.
We hope Lizzie and her guests had as much fun as we did at this shower and we are so excited to meet her baby girl!
